x10Host accounts are to be used by the original account opener. x10Host accounts are not to be resold, given away, or added to any package that you are currently selling. x10Host allows only ONE SIGN UP per user. With each x10Host account, your are allowed to do anything legal in the United States. Each account is not permited to do ay of the following:

Explicit Content >> At No point will any sexual content be allow on any x10Host servers. Legal or Illegal - It is simply NOT ALLOWED

Copyrighted Material >> Anything that you did not create and belongs to another person is considered copyrighted material. This includes music, papers, forum posts, etc. At no point are you allowed to host copyrighted material without the consent of the original owner.

Warez and Anime >> Warez sites are STRICTLY forbidden. Programmers and designers work hard for their projects and deserve compensation for that. Any Warez sites are to be deleted without notice. Anime sites take up an abnormal amount of resources, therefore, it is not fair for the others to suffer. Anime is not allowed on our servers.

2.) Advertisement Policies -
Advertisement is our main source of income. Without the use of advertisement x10Host would not be able to provide this free hosting service. Effective Feburary, 2006: All accounts have a choice. If you wish, you can have forced ads on your site, or you can post 15 posts per month in our forum. More info here

3.) Privacy-
x10Host will not sell, distribute, reveal, or otherwise make available any customer information. We contribute our time and help to anti-spam organizations. We are involved 100% in prosecuting spammers. Should we need to contact you directly regarding your specific account or service we will do so via email only. If you are a member of our forum, you may receive mailings from us, as required to receive server announcements. You are free to request to not receive notifications/emails at any time from within your user panel at our forum.

4.) Spam-
x10Host has ZERO TOLERANCE to spam. If you are caught sending unsolicitated mail, your account will be immediately terminated and your ip range will be banned. Any and all fees from your actions of email spamming will be addressed to you.

5.) Liabilities-
x10Host, makes no endorsement, claims, or promises regarding the services offered by our customers and will not be held liable for any disputes or claims against said customers. In no event shall x10Host be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use or performance of this web site or from any information, services or products provided through your web site. We are not responsible for any content on any server in our network and will not take any action against any questional material or action until the website in question is brought to our attention by emailing us.

6). System Backups-
x10Host makes daily backups of our core files. These back ups include out main settings. It is in the customers best interest to back up your own site on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for your own records. x10Host.com is not responsible for backing up the customers files and/or site.
